Privacy
How do we handle your personal information?
We only use the email address you provide us at checkout to communicate with you about your order - and that's all. We won't use your address for anything else. We won't sell or distribute any customer information to any third party, except where required to do so by law (such as your credit card number with a service that screens for lost or stolen card numbers). These third parties are limited by law or by contract from using the information for purposes other than intended. We are bound by the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles set by the Federal Privacy Commissioner. For more information visit www.privacy.gov.au
If you do want to hear from us for things like new product updates, specials and sales updates, subscribe to our email newsletter! The sign up form is on the home page. We use Mailchimp to ensuring your email address is totally secure.
Payment Options
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several ways of paying.
1. Paypal
Please click the Paypal icon when you reach the payment page of the checkout process. This will redirect you to Paypal's secure payment page.
2. MasterCard and Visa
We use Paypal as our credit card payment gateway - you don't need a Paypal account to pay this way. Please click the Paypal icon and it will take you to Paypal's secure payment page. Then select this option:
Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). ContinueYou will then be prompted to enter your credit card details.
3. Bank Deposit - please make your deposit - either electronically or in person
- using the Bunyip Toys bank details provided. Once we receive the payment in
our account we will ship your order.
4. Bank Cheque or Money Order.

Security
How secure is the Bunyip Toys website?
Our secure website is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and supports industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Basically that means any information you give us stays secure!
Shipping
Postage within Australia
To keep things simple we have a flat rate of $8 per order. This covers packaging, handling and postage costs. We aim to pack and send your order within one working day of your payment.
Can I have my order sent to another address?
Certainly, when you progress through the checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery address or select an alternate address.
International Orders
Currently our shopping cart can only accommodate Australian purchasers. We can, however, still help you if you are outside Australia - you just have to email us your order instead! We will send you a quote and if you want to proceed you can pay via Paypal (currently the only means of payment we can accept for international orders). Just like we do for out Australian customers, we aim to pack and send your order within one working day of your payment.
Returns
What is your return policy?
As a small business, customer satisfaction is vitally important to us. If you're not happy let us know and we'll do our best to make it better! If you change your mind about an item, just send it back to us (sorry we can't cover the return postage) and we will send you a voucher equal to the value of the returned item to use in your next purchase with Bunyip Toys.
If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please return the damaged item and we will replace it at no cost to you. If you prefer, we will refund you the cost of the damaged item(s).
We can serve you better if we know a bit about why you're returning an item, so please email us explaining what item(s) you are returning and why, and include the invoice number and date of purchase.
Out of Stock Items
What if an item is out of stock?
We try to keep all items in stock but it isn't always possible.
If you would like to know if and when an item will be available again, please send us a message using the "Contact Us" option at the top of the home page.
