While I disagree with their rankings for "Best Plans for World Domination 2001-2010" and the editorial on "Death Rays: Still a Key Tool for Evil in the 21st Century?" makes some pretty ridiculous assumptions, the assessment of the Robo Gangster Boat is spot on.
