Postage within Australia

To keep things simple we have a flat rate of $8 per order - or free if you buy over $200 worth of goodies. This covers packaging, handling and postage costs. We aim to pack and send your order within two working days of your payment (in the case of direct deposit, once the funds have cleared).  

We use the Australia Post e-parcel service, which is essentially the same as registered post - we can track your order if need be.  The delivery will require a signature on delivery so you may want to consider putting your work address down for delivery (plus the kids won't know a parcel has arrived!)

Delivery is 2-3 days after despatch for ACT, Victoria, NSW and Queensland and 5-7 for other states.

If you need an order quickly we may be able to send it Express Post - please call us to find out if this is an option (0419-997031).

Can I have my order sent to another address?

Certainly, when you progress through the checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery address or select an alternate address.

International Orders

Currently our shopping cart can only accommodate Australian purchasers. We can, however, still help you if you are outside Australia - you just have to email us your order instead (askbunyip@bunyiptoys.com.au). We will send you a quote and if you want to proceed you can pay via Paypal (currently the only means of payment we can accept for international orders). Just like we do for our Australian customers, we aim to pack and send your order within two working days of your payment.

Returns

What is your return policy?

As a small business, customer satisfaction is vitally important to us. If you're not happy let us know and we'll do our best to make it better! If you change your mind about an item, just send it back to us (sorry we can't cover the return postage) and we will send you a voucher equal to the value of the returned item to use in your next purchase with Bunyip Toys or Bunyip Games.  Alternatively we will refund you the value of your purchase.

If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please return the damaged item and we will replace it at no cost to you (we'll pay the cost of postage). If you prefer, we will refund you the cost of the damaged item(s).

We can serve you better if we know a bit about why you're returning an item, so please email us explaining what item(s) you are returning and why, and include the invoice number and date of purchase.  If you prefer, please call us to discuss your return.
